Q: Who you guys are?
A: We are a team of professional analysts that deal with football almost 10 years now. We are based in Europe, and whilst we understand that getting to know us is very important for you to get confident in us, this generates a huge amount of e-mails - we are very small company and we prefer to put our time in analysing stats!
Q: Do you have memberships?
A: Absolutely not at this time. We have found that this is very inconvenient for you and whilst is a good system to collect e-mails to bother people, we simply don't do it.
Q: Why are you so cheap? What is the catch?
A: It has to do with the law of demand and supply - if we charged 100 Euros per tip very few would buy it. Our philosophy is to help as many people as possible, so as to create what we call "Value for Money". There is no catch. We are straightforward. We tell how much it is from teh start, we let you know regarding the dangers of betting, and you decide if you want to go along or not.
Q: What time will the tips be released?
A: Our tips will be released between 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to kickoff for LIVE matches.
Q: Why don't you send tips for other matches?
A: We select very crefully the matches we are going to play - matches with high winning probability. This is because we have a responsibility to YOU that you pay us to give you a reliable tip. We hope this is fair.
Q: How many footbal tips do you send?
A: We do not release tips that are not reliable, therefore you should expect an average of three to four tips per day.
Q: What is the difference between Level One and Level Two services?
A: Choose Level One anytime YOU want to get our tips manually, and Level Two if you want to receive it automatically.
Q: How much should I bet?
A: This is a very hard question. If you wish to bet, you should not bet more than what you can afford to LOOSE. We ALWAYS BET with the probability of loosing. Never place money to bet that you could use them otherwise, i.e pay bills, for food, necessity things etc. We recommend starting from 20-100 Euros. Please play responsibly!
Q: Why don't you have any records published?
A: This is a matter of honesty and reliability to you. For us, starting this service now, means that it has to generate its own statistics. That doesn/t mean that we do not have any previous results, on the contrary. However, how would you feel if we publish stats that are not connected with this site? We prefer not.
Q: Is there a trial period?
A: Sorry, not at this time. Our service are very low priced, easy and it has been put to practice for almost 10 years.
Q: How do receive the tips you generate?
A: All our tips are send to your mobile phone, through SMS. Simply select your country on the right, and send an SMS at the number you see. Depending on the service you select there is a different word to type, so please mind that.
Q: What are your methods to generate the tip?
A: Our main references and experience so far are the team's history, inside information from various feeds that we cannot expose, and movements from Asian markets. The combination of those is a powerful weapon.
Q: I send an SMS and I did not receive a reply. What is going on?
A: The main reason maybe network overload. This doesn't happen frequently, but please use IMMEDIATELY the Help Line you will see on your mobile phone to get you SMS.
Q: I have chosen Level Two SMS and I want to stop. How do I do it?
A: Select the country you are in and send an SMS at the number you see with the word STOP. The service will be stopped immediately.
